Trendway Builders, Inc. started in the late 50’s as a retail outlet for construction materials. In the mid-70’s, it expanded to become a wholesaler of construction materials with a marketing network that extended from the north to the south of Luzon.

In 1994, Trendway Builders set up its Fire Safety Division. It supplies and installs fire safety devices for small and medium-scale projects. After a year, this division evolved into a corporation, which specializes not only in fire safety, but also security needs.

Trendway Builders adapts to the market’s needs and has since brought in construction materials from other countries. The latest of which are HANS Laminate Flooring from Vohringer Germany; UNIKA Floor Care Products from Australia and Stylex Toilet Partitions also from Australia.
